Melbourne Watch Company accepts Credit Card and PayPal as payment options.
Credit Card processing is provided by eWAY Australia. Transactions on our website are secured by a GeoTrust 128-bit SSL certificate.
The cards we currently accept are:
- American Express (**UPDATE 1st NOV 2017 - We are currently experiencing an issue with AMEX payments. We expect this to be resolved by Thursday 2nd NOV**)
If payment is made via PayPal e-Cheque your order will not be processed until payment has cleared (usually 2 to 3 working days).
Please note - All payments are processed in Australian Dollars.
Please note that as our credit card gateway and bank are both located in Australia, your credit card payment may be declined by your card provider if you have not purchased from Australia before.
If this occurs, please contact your card provider directly, or check out via PayPal and use the credit card option provided.
Due to a recent increase in credit card fraud attempts, we may contact you if there are multiple declined credit card payments associated with your order, or if your billing country does not match the delivery address. In this case, we will require you to provide evidence of ownership of the credit card used in the purchase within 48 hours. Failure to provide this information will result in your order being canceled and (at our discretion) your details being provided to the Australian Cybercrime Reporting initiative (ACORN).
