Q) Do you have a retail store I can visit?
A) We have a showroom in the Melbourne city area (Carlton) which you can visit by appointment

Q) Can I pick up my order in person?
A) Yes, if we have sufficient stock available at our showroom, you can pick up in person.

Q) Where are your watches made?
A) Our watches are assembled in our own Melbourne based workshop by our technical team. We welcome visitors who wish to take a look behind the scenes.

Q) Do your watches come with a warranty?
A) Yes - all of our watches come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty.

Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes - All international orders ship by DHL Express, FedEx or Registered Post with end to end tracking where available. Please visit our Shipping page for more information.

Q) What methods of payment do you accept?
A) We currently accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card payments are processed securely via eWay Australia.

Q) Do you do custom or contract/private label watches?
A) We do not do individual custom work but please  Contact Us for further information on producing a watch for your company, club or association.

Q) Can I request a certain serial number for my purchase?
A) No, sorry - we cannot accept requests for specific serial numbers.
