The Hawthorn Chrono features a rugged 316L stainless steel case and sapphire crystal with a matching solid bracelet.
The dial consists of a mix of intricate layers and textures and is completed by our signature "M" counter-balance on the chronograph seconds hand.
MECHA-QUARTZ CHRONOGRAPH
The Hawthorn Chrono is powered by the Seiko Cal. VK63 'mecha-quartz' chronograph movement. A chronograph is a device that allows the measurement of short amounts of time, i.e. a stop-watch.
A 'mecha-quartz' movement combines the grab-and-go convenience of quartz timekeeping with the feel of a mechanical chronograph, including a 5 beats-per-second chronograph (stop-watch) hand and fly-back reset.
